We're set to open in September 2023, located just steps away from the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, in the heart of Kanazawa. Positions available: Server/Waitstaff You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages. You will ensure a positive dining experience for our customers. Cooks You will be part of our kitchen team! We are looking for experienced cooks. Beginners are welcome, however qualifications are advantageous. Wine Sommelier You will be assisting our customers in selecting wines that complement their dim sum courses and managing the restaurant's wine list.
